  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Custom pieces generally take 4-6 weeks in production. But if you’re in a time crunch just let us know. We’ve been known to make the impossible happen!
  • I don't know anything about diamonds or design... is custom right for me?
    Yes! Our goal with custom is to not only educate you, but also walk you through the entire design process. Our collaborative approach makes sure we have your input and approval at each step. In other words, we make it easy!
  • Can I engrave my ring?
    Yes you can! An inscription is a great way to personalize your ring or any piece of jewelry. Some common inscriptions include special dates, nicknames or phrases that are meaningful to your relationship. The price varies based on the amount of characters in the inscription.
  • I already own a diamond. Can you set it in one of your settings?
    Yes, for example many times there are family diamonds that people want to have taken out of an older style piece of jewelry and put in a new setting. We are happy to help in anyway that we can!
  • Do you have a shop or can we meet in person and see your jewelry?
    We are always happy to meet and show you our beautiful jewelry! We are available for showings by appointment in our office. For details or to schedule an appointment, please contact us.
  • What if I don't live in New Orleans?
    No problem! We work with clients every single day from all over the world! When working with those from afar our goal is to give you the feeling that you are literally in the office with us designing your piece of jewelry!
  • Do you have a website I can shop on?
    Our focus is on cultivating personal relationships with our clients. We love getting to know the people we are serving and giving you that one-on-one attention you deserve. Eventually we may launch an online shop, but in the meantime everything you see on our website and social media platforms is available to order over the phone or in person!
  • Do you work with other types of stones?
    Yes, we carry and are able to source a much wider variety of precious gemstones including but not limited to, emeralds, pearls, sapphires, topaz, rubies, opals, and morganite.
  • Do you work with lab grown or treated diamonds?
    No. We only utilize 100% natural and genuine diamonds.
  • What types of metals do you work with?
    We create pieces in different colors of 14k and18k Solid Gold as well as Platinum. Gold Colors range from White, Yellow and Rose.
  • Are your rings made of quality materials?
    Absolutely! Our rings are made of only the finest quality materials. We pride ourselves in making sure each ring is crafted with the best of the best! Since each ring is unique, we make sure to specify the materials.
  • Can my ring be resized?
    Yes! Resizing typically takes 2-4 days.
  • Can I get my ring resized locally instead of sending it back if I live out of state?
    Of course you can! However, this does void the warranty of your ring with us, as we can't guarantee that jeweler's craftsmanship! The only exception to this is international orders, which will need to resize rings locally.
  • What is your return policy?
    Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days, all sales are final. Since our designs are crafted by hand, all returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us prior to sending your jewelry back, so we can be sure it arrives safely. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend that you insure your package - we are not responsible for items lost in the mail. All custom designed jewelry pieces are final sale. We will not accept returns on any customized piece.   • How will my jewelry be shipped?
    All shipments within the US will ship either via USPS or FedEx. We want to make sure your package arrives to you safely, and since we are shipping delicate fine jewelry, want to be sure the correct recipient is receiving it so an adult signature is required upon delivery. If you won’t be home to sign for your package, we are happy to send it to wherever will work best for you. Shipments will be delivered in 1-3 business days depending on the courier. All packages that we ship are fully insured.
  • How do I track my order?
    A tracking number for your order will be sent via text when the order is ready to for shipping. You can keep track of the status of your delivery with this number.
  • What types of payments do you accept?
    We accept all major forms of payment including check, cash, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, etc. Payments through Venmo and Paypal are also accepted. Important note if you are using a credit/debit card: There is a 2% fee for all credit card transactions.
  • Do you offer financing?
    Many jewelry stores offer financing, but there are many pitfalls and traps to these types of offers that end up costing you big time in the long run. As previously mentioned, we accept all major credit cards. Utilizing a credit card and financing are virtually the same thing. We recommend using a low interest credit card to purchase your jewelry versus having to go through the hassle and additional cost of financing it.
  • Do I have to pay for my jewelry all at once?
    We are flexible and want the process to be stress and worry free for our customers. While our insurance does not allow us to release any jewelry prior to a balance being paid in full, we are more than happy to work with everyone on a case by case basis. If you need extra time or want to pay off the balance over a period of time that is perfectly fine with us as long as it is within a 6 month time frame. If you need longer than 6 months we will be happy to work something out with you. Contact us to set up a plan that works for you!
  • Do you offer a warranty on your rings?
    We sure do! Every single ring purchased from us comes with a Lifetime Warranty with no obligation to come in for periodic checkups. For more information on our warranty see our Warranty page.
  • Do you offer insurance on your rings?
    While we do offer a lifetime warranty on our rings, insurance is something typically provided by a 3rd party. We highly recommend getting it! Jewelry insurance is very inexpensive (many times less than $100 per year!) and it covers unforeseen circumstances such as loss, theft, dropped in the ocean, down the kitchen sink, etc. We highly recommend Jeweler's Mutual Insurance! They are the largest provider of personal jewelry insurance in the United States and have outstanding rates. We are happy to assist you in the process of obtaining insurance for your piece of jewelry.
